Standard Shipping

  • Free UK Shipping: Available on all orders over £80.

  • Orders Under £80: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Hazardous Items (HazChem Delivery)

Some products require specialist handling due to their classification as hazardous materials.

  • Items identified as hazardous will incur an additional HazChem delivery charge.

  • This ensures compliance with safety regulations and secure transportation.

  • Any applicable HazChem charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

Remote Locations & Oversized Items

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to certain islands, highlands, and remote postcode areas may incur additional charges. These will be calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Oversized Items: Larger products may require a specialist delivery service and will include an additional fee, clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • HazChem & Oversized Orders: May require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship across mainland UK, including islands and highlands (additional charges may apply).

International Shipping & Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the buyer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to ordering. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays or the parcel being returned.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Re-Delivery & Address Changes

  • If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@therossocorsacollective.com.

  • If an order has already been dispatched, we must wait for it to be returned before arranging re-delivery.

  • Re-delivery charges will apply based on your postcode. If your original order qualified for free shipping, a standard delivery fee will be charged for re-dispatch.
