R56 Mini Cooper Suspension Upgrade
The BC Racing BR Series gives R56 owners significantly more adjustment than the factory suspension. Ride height and damping can be tailored to complement other handling upgrades such as performance tyres, uprated anti-roll bars, polyurethane bushes, strut braces and suspension alignment upgrades.
For predominantly road-driven R56s, we recommend using a sensible ride height and damping setting to maintain a good balance between handling performance and everyday usability. For cars that see occasional track use, the additional adjustability allows the suspension to be made more performance focused.
After fitting coilovers or making significant ride-height changes, we recommend having the vehicle professionally aligned to ensure the suspension is correctly set up.
