BC Racing BR Series Coilovers – Renault Megane IV RS BBM5P (2016+)
Upgrade the suspension of your Renault Megane IV RS BBM5P with the BC Racing BR Series coilover kit, designed to provide a strong balance of everyday usability, fast-road performance and occasional track capability.
The BR Series combines a monotube damper design with 30-way adjustable damping and independent ride-height adjustment, allowing the suspension setup to be tailored around road use, spirited driving and more focused track applications.
For this Megane IV RS application, two BR-RA spring-rate configurations are available.
Adjustable Ride Height & Damping
BC Racing BR Series coilovers allow ride height to be adjusted independently of spring preload, helping retain usable damper travel when lowering the vehicle.
The 30-way damping adjustment allows the suspension response to be softened for road use or firmed up for more demanding fast-road and track driving.

Spring Rate Options
Available configurations include:
BR-RA – 6/5kg.mm – recommended spring rate for a balance of comfort and performance
BR-RA – 10/7kg.mm – firmer, more track-focused setup for increased chassis support
The recommended 6/5kg.mm configuration provides the strongest all-round balance for road and fast-road use, improving body control and response while retaining a more usable level of compliance.
The 10/7kg.mm option increases spring rate at both ends, making it better suited to drivers wanting reduced body movement, sharper response and a more focused setup for regular track use.

BR-RA Configuration
The BR-RA configuration uses aluminium front top mounts with pillowball centres where applicable, providing a more direct connection between the suspension and chassis.
Where suspension design allows, front camber adjustment may also be available through the top mounts.
This makes the BR-RA setup particularly well suited to drivers wanting sharper response and a more performance-focused feel.

A full four-wheel alignment should also be carried out after installation and once the final ride height has been set to ensure correct geometry, tyre wear and handling characteristics.
Where pillowball or adjustable top mounts are fitted, suspension geometry should be set by a competent specialist to suit the intended use of the vehicle.
