BC Racing DS Series Coilovers – Mini F56
The BC Racing DS Series Coilovers for the Mini F56 are a performance-focused suspension upgrade designed for drivers looking for sharper handling, improved chassis control and greater suspension adjustability for fast-road and track use.

F56 Mini Cooper Suspension Upgrade
The BC Racing DS Series gives F56 owners significantly greater control over their suspension setup than the standard dampers and springs. Ride height and damping can be adjusted to work alongside performance tyres, uprated anti-roll bars, polyurethane bushes, strut braces and suspension alignment upgrades.
For predominantly road-driven F56s, a sensible ride height and moderate damping setting can provide a good balance between chassis control and everyday usability. For cars that regularly see track use, the additional damping adjustment allows the suspension to be tailored around tyre choice, alignment and circuit conditions.
After fitting coilovers or making significant ride-height changes, we recommend having the vehicle professionally aligned.
Digressive Damping Technology
One of the key differences between the DS Series and more conventional coilover designs is its digressive damping technology.
The damping characteristics are designed to provide strong control during lower-speed suspension movements while allowing the damper to reduce its resistance as shaft speed increases. Important: F56 DDC Compatibility
This kit is intended for Mini F56 models without the factory Dynamic Damper Control (DDC) suspension system.
If your F56 is equipped with DDC, please select the dedicated BC Racing DDC-compatible coilover kit instead. The DDC-specific kits are designed for the relevant factory suspension configuration.
