Spring Rate Options
Available configurations include:
12/16kg.mm – recommended spring rate for a balance of comfort and performance
Race Damping 12/16kg.mm – motorsport-focused damping specification
Both configurations use the same 12kg.mm front and 16kg.mm rear spring rates, with the difference being the damper calibration.
The standard 12/16kg.mm configuration provides a highly focused setup for serious fast-road and track use, with strong chassis support under braking, cornering and rapid direction changes.
The Race Damping 12/16kg.mm option uses a more motorsport-focused damper setup intended for drivers prioritising circuit performance and more demanding track use.

Adjustable Ride Height & Damping

Fast Road, Track & Motorsport Performance
The BC Racing ER Series is particularly well suited to Integra DC5 and RSX owners wanting greater consistency and heat control than a conventional non-reservoir coilover setup.
The 12/16kg.mm recommended setup provides a very focused performance configuration, while the Race Damping option takes the setup further for cars used primarily in circuit and motorsport environments.
Professional Installation Recommended
Professional installation is recommended.
A full four-wheel alignment should also be carried out after installation and once the final ride height has been set to ensure correct geometry, tyre wear and handling characteristics.
