BMW F20 Track Suspension
The ZX Series is designed for F20s where suspension performance and adjustability are a priority.
The three independent damping adjustments allow you to develop the suspension around the characteristics of the car rather than relying on a single damping adjustment.
Low-speed compression adjustment can be used to influence chassis movements such as roll, pitch and weight transfer, while high-speed compression adjustment allows the suspension response to be refined around kerbs, bumps and sharper surface changes.
Rebound adjustment then allows the damper's return characteristics to be tuned independently.

The 5-bolt application is different from the 3-bolt version and the two kits should not be treated as interchangeable.
