The BC Racing ZX Series Coilovers for the BMW M2 F87 (2016-2018) are BC Racing's most advanced coilover platform, designed for drivers looking for maximum control over damping characteristics and a suspension setup that can be precisely developed for track use.
The ZX Series combines independent low-speed compression, high-speed compression and rebound adjustment with external reservoirs, giving experienced drivers significantly greater control over suspension behaviour than the BR, DS, RM or ER Series.

BMW F87 M2 Track Suspension
The ZX Series is aimed at M2 builds where suspension performance and adjustability are a major priority.
The three independent damping adjustments allow the suspension to be developed around the characteristics of the car and the circuit rather than relying on a compromise damping setting.
Low-speed compression can be used to influence chassis movements such as roll, pitch and weight transfer, while high-speed compression allows the response to bumps, kerbs and sharper surface changes to be adjusted separately.
Rebound adjustment then provides independent control over how quickly the suspension returns after compression.
This makes the ZX Series particularly suitable for F87 M2s running aggressive tyres, increased spring rates, upgraded suspension arms, limited-slip differentials or aerodynamic modifications.
3-Way Damping Adjustment
The defining feature of the ZX Series is its independent 3-way damping adjustment.
You can separately adjust:

During sustained track driving, dampers can generate significant heat. The increased oil capacity and external reservoir design help manage this heat and maintain more consistent damping performance throughout a session.
This is particularly valuable for F87 M2s used regularly on track.
Adjustable Ride Height
Ride height can be adjusted independently of spring preload, allowing you to lower the M2 while retaining appropriate spring preload and usable damper travel.
For a track-focused F87, this allows ride height to be considered alongside suspension geometry, corner weights and alignment rather than simply lowering the car for appearance.
F87 M2 Spring Rates & Custom Setups

This kit is specifically designed for the BMW M2 F87 from 2016-2018.
It is intended for the original F87 M2 and should not be confused with the later M2 Competition, which has a separate BC Racing application.
