EVO2 Competition Intercooler

The EVO2 uses a large 520 x 210 x 150mm intercooler core with a total charge-air volume of 13.57 litres.

Compared with the standard intercooler, Wagner Tuning states that it provides:

• 85% larger frontal flow area
• 90% more charge-air volume
• Improved cooling capacity
• Greater resistance to heat soak
• More consistent intake-air temperatures during demanding use

Competition High-Performance Core

The intercooler uses a tube-fin high-performance core with internal turbulators.

This design is intended to provide strong heat transfer while maintaining effective airflow through the charge-air system.

Improved Charge-Air Temperature Control

Turbocharged engines generate considerable heat when driven hard or when running increased boost.
